The Philippine Association of Securities Brokers and Dealers, Inc. (PASBDI) is a non-stock, non –profit association, incorporated on December 12, 1974 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the purpose of institutionalizing a medium through which its membership can collectively assist and coordinate with the national government, its appropriate agencies and instrumentalities in the development of the securities market in the Philippines.

Its responsibilities and functions are mandated under Section 39 of the Securities Regulation Code and the Implementing Rules and Regulations. At present, PASBDI has 125 active members which are Member Firms and Trading Participants of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
