(PASBDI)<\/strong>\u00a0is a non-stock, non \u2013profit association, incorporated on December 12, 1974 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the purpose of institutionalizing a medium through which its membership can collectively assist and coordinate with the national government, its appropriate agencies and instrumentalities in the development of the securities market in the Philippines.<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 16.8px; color: #666666; font-family: 'Open Sans', Arial, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-weight: 500;\">Its responsibilities and functions are mandated under Section 39 of the Securities Regulation Code and the Implementing Rules and Regulations.
